A new build warehouse unit constructed with additional measures to allow possible conversion to a data center in the future. The enabling works carried out during the construction period included HV cable diversions, main trunk sewer diversions and major highway improvements on Barclay Way.

In addition to the main warehouse and office building we constructed a UKPN approved substation building with appropriate ballistic protection to permit a 13MVA incoming power supply if a data center occupier required this larger power supply.
