The design and construction of a 130,000sqft unit, including: two- storey office accommodation, external yard works, car parking and landscaping. This was a pre-let project, the tenant, Beavertown Brewery, required a fit-out comprising brewery enhancements. Works therefore included the design and construction of a water treatment, chemical dosing and laboratory / filtration areas; hops storage and fermentation vessel spaces. All works and materials were selected and installed to ensure compliance with EHEDG.
Additionally, 360,000 bespoke, hexagonal hygienic tiles were hand laid in time for early access to be allowed to the tenant, as well as an internal mezzanine above the unit’s visitors centre and an external balcony with picturesque views of the River Lee were.
