This project involved the construction of a new temperature controlled warehouse unit with two-storey offices and associated external yards, car parking and landscaping works. In addition, the works also included services diversions and s278 highways works. Further facilities for the occupier included vehicle wash and vehicle refuel facilities. Our works also included dealing with contamination and asbestos issues from the previous industrial use of the site.
A turnkey project which handed over the chill and freezer areas with all lighting, sprinklers, small power and racking complete with each area drawn-down to the correct temperature. Our value engineering approach to design process contributed to cost saving proposals for drainage, external construction, office layouts and wall types.
