Design and construction of three new build warehouse buildings with associated offices, external yards, car parking and landscaping works. The works comprised a piled solution for both the buildings and external works with all areas provided with suspended slabs. In addition perimeter retaining walls were required on three sides of the site in order to achieve an earthworks balance.

The planning consent required that 40% carbon reduction was achieved this target was met by incorporating photovoltaic arrays on the roof and by improving the thermal performance of the building envelope. S278 highways works were carried out to connect the site to the adopted road network. The drainage works required an off-site drainage connection connected via an internal drainage board watercourse.
