The design and construction of a 405,000sqft speculative unit for Goodman. The works involved the construction of three-storey office accommodation totalling 18,500sqft and two additional, two-storey hub offices of 5,000sqft each.

In addition, we carried out the infrastructure works for the wider estate which included; a new culvert for the diversion of watercourses owned by a local internal drainage board; a new roadbridge to futureproof a planned canal route across the site; estate roads serve future plots; extensive drainage and ducts across the estate.

Our works also included dealing with major ecological, archaeological, site clearance and services diversion works. Construction of the main building was timed to allow the diversion and undergrounding of high voltage cables immediately prior to the erection of the steel frame for the building.
