Our fifth project in London Gateway, 4020b involved the design and construction of a single-story 80,000 sqft ambient distribution warehouse, complete with office accommodation. Tenant enhancements were required, including office fitout. Additionally, external works were also completed including; service yard, car parking and landscaping. Pre-cast retaining walls, including dock leveller pits and associated infrastructure works were also carried out.
It was essential for a Planet Mark certification to be achieved on this project. This ensured that efforts were made to reduce and mitigate lifetime carbon emissions of the development and to drive the sustainability performance of the design, construction and operational stages.
