The design and construction of two speculative warehouse units (SP150 and SP205) with gross internal floor area of 354,000sqft. Associated office areas and external works were also completed on both units, including access roads, car and cycle parking and landscaping.
Extensive earthworks were planned and carried out by our own engineering team and an earthworks balance was achieved.
The EPC ‘A’ Rated buildings also achieved a BREEAM Excellent Rating with numerous environmental enhancements included in the design. The buildings were future proofed with large plant areas at second floor to accommodate future warehouse services and infrastructure for future sprinkler installations were also provided.
The works were carried out in a fast track 27 week programme with potential early access handovers provided for incoming occupiers.
